Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days

• in the case of a contract for the purchase of one or more goods delivered together, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods;
• in the case of a contract for several goods ordered by you as part of a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last good;
• in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or installments, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or installment.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, although you are not required to do so.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal function provided on www.edelfunde.de and marked with “Withdraw from the contract”. If you use this online function, we will immediately provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The period is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are liable for a reduction in the value of the goods only where it results from handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Information on Safe Return

Minerals and crystals can be sensitive and fragile. We therefore ask you to pack the items carefully for return, taking their condition into account.

Please pay particular attention to the following:

• Use a sturdy shipping box and sufficient suitable cushioning material if possible.
• Wrap each piece individually so that the minerals do not strike each other or the walls of the box directly during transport.
• Fill any empty spaces so that the items cannot shift during transport.
• Protect delicate crystal points with particular care and avoid applying direct pressure to sensitive areas.
• A simple envelope or unpadded shipping bag usually does not provide sufficient protection for fragile minerals.
• You can reuse our shipping packaging provided it still offers sufficient protection. Use of the original packaging is not required.
• For more valuable items, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping the proof of posting until the return process is completed.

These instructions are intended solely to ensure the safest possible return and do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal. The statutory provisions regarding transport risk remain unaffected.
